How to Begin
Step 1
Book a Clarity Call
If you’re curious about this work, unsure if it’s right for you, or feel your workplace, sports team, social group could benefit - or if you would like to discuss an event/collaboration — start here.
A clarity call is a relaxed space for us to connect, explore your needs, and see how this work might support you or your group. We can explore if a 1:1 or a group session is the best place to start. There’s no pressure — just an open-hearted conversation to feel into what’s aligned.
Already know this resonates? You’re welcome to skip ahead and book a group session directly or we can discuss private work if you feel called to go deeper.
Step 2
Join a Group Session
Beautiful if you’d like to dip your toe in, experience the energy in a shared space, or prefer a gentler introduction to feel if it resonates before going deeper. No experience is needed - most people start here. Groups are also a great space to integrate after a deeper 1:1 session.
These groups are a place to receive - sharing is not required so no need to worry about that!
If you already know this resonates, you can go ahead and book your place on a group directly.

Private 1:1 Session
For those who feel called to explore this work more deeply, private 1:1 sessions are available. These sessions offer a sacred space for deeper transformation and personalised support.
